Graphite powder is simply a powder form of graphite that retains all of the material’s inherent primary and secondary properties. The graphitic powder is a highly effective lubricant that has multiple beneficial properties. Graphite Powder is a fine black powder.
Graphite machining is used to create the tubes using processes such as extrusion, compression molding, or isostatic pressing. Each technique produces unique grades of graphite, useful for different purposes. Extruded or pressed graphite is often used in manufacturing operations. Graphite rods and plates that are isostatically crushed have substantially finer graphite particles and smoother surfaces. It’s easy to specify custom different lengths, diameters, wall thicknesses, and flexibility for tubes. In contrast to metals, graphite gets stronger as the temperature rises and is less prone to degrade with time or normal wear and tear.
The graphite rods, in similar manufacturing processes to graphite tubes or tubing, can be fabricated according to custom specifications. They are cut to required sizes, shapes, diameters and length. Typically finer grain graphite is used to fabricate graphite rods, however high density and coarse grain stock is available for applications where a smooth surface or finish is not necessarily required. Rod extrusion, compression molding or isostatic pressing are the methods most commonly used in the fabrication of graphite rods, and each is more suitable to specific applications.

Isostatic graphite is an ultra-fine grain graphite used for applications where the mechanical properties of other fine grain graphites are inadequate. The term "isostatic graphite" stands for isostatically molded graphite. This means that the raw material mixture is compressed into rectangular or round blocks in a so called Cold-Isostatic-Press (CIP).
It is formed using select acid treated natural graphite, which is then compressed after undergoing high temperature expansion. Only natural graphite is used as a raw material, which yields highly flexible carbon with excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. Other features include a high compressibility recovery rate, excellent airtightness, and a high thermal conductivity.
A graphite crucible is a container used for melting and casting non-ferrous, non-iron, metals such as gold, silver, aluminum, and brass.
The graphite ingot mold receives liquid metal of precious metals and other types of metals; and conserves them until they are solidified, they are later used as an investment or stored for jewelry use. Graphite ingot molds are made from high density fine grain graphite that comes in various sizes and shapes of square, rectangle and cylindrical. The smooth cavity finish of the graphite gold ingot mold makes the ingot very easy to remove without sticking to the mold itself. The custom ingot gold mold has an excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.
EDM Graphite Electrodes are designed with a wide range of material varieties for optimum electrode material properties to the EDM application. The highly detailed EDM electrode has critical features, extreme tolerance, and stringent EDM requirements that make it a more advanced graphite electrode to meet your application demands.
Graphite electrodes are mainly used in electric arc furnace. They are presently the only products available that have the high levels of electrical conductivity and the capability of sustaining the extremely high levels of heat generated in EAF. Graphite electrodes are also used to refine steel in ladle furnaces and in other smelting processes.
Graphite dies and molds are designed for different casting techniques and metals. They invariably impress with their consistent material characteristics such as their thermal conductivity, chemical and thermal resistance and their high strength.
Graphite rings are die formed compressed graphite rings. They are flexible and highly impermeable to gases and liquids. Advantage of graphite rings is long life with no hardening deformations. Installation and removal of graphite rings can be done without danger of damage on the sealing faces. Therefore they can be excellent substitute for some types of metal O-rings.
Graphite stopper rods have many advantages, including superior thermal resistance to erosion-corrosion, oxidation and thermal cycling. They are easy to install and offer reliable performances and long life.
Graphite gaskets have excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, high temperatures and high pressures. They also exhibit excellent thermal conductivity and an ability to securely seal. Graphite gaskets also offer good resistance to abrasion and resistance to humidity. Flexible graphite gaskets are used in many industries such as; refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, paper mills mines and other fields.
Graphite scrap is wastage of graphite products from various industries used in different applications. It is re-usable as we only deal in good quality scrap of graphite and having tie ups with various industries and companies have given us chances to prove our quality best and effective.
Graphite jigs are used in the production of semiconductor encapsulations by glass-to-metal sealing or brazing connections. The greatest precision is needed in machining these parts. The graphite grades used must exhibit low abrasion, high edge strength and particularly high resistance to oxidation and carbonizing.
Graphite Granules and Graphite Powder is particularly useful as a Carborizer in the SG Iron / Ductile Casting manufacturing process - since it provides extremely low Sulphur content, in the range of 0.03% - 0.05%. Though Synthetic Graphite or Artificial Graphite doesn't represent the characteristics of Lubricity that are exhibited by Natural Graphite, the High Carbon, Low Impurities make it ideal for various applications in Foundries, Refractories, and Lubrication.

VMC Machining refers to machining operations that utilize vertical machining centers (VMCs), which, as the name suggests, have vertically oriented machine tools. These machines are primarily utilized to turn raw blocks of metal, such as aluminum or steel, into machined components. They can be used to perform a variety of machining operations, including, but not limited to, the following: cutting, drilling, tapping, countersinking, chamfering, carving, and engraving. This versatility, combined with their relatively low cost, has made them a highly common machine shop tool.
